Update on the Series So Far from Steve & Elysha

TINTO:

11 runners from HHRC and well done to Adam Park for winning out of the HHRC members with an impressive 14th overall.  Rory Longmore gained a bonus point with a great run to win his age class and Alison Banford came 3rd in her class.  Rory just topped the age grade adjusted results with Kevin Plummer just behind.

CAIRNSMORE:

14 runners from HHRC and a fantastic 1st Female for Lorna Hellam!  Alison Banford was 2nd Female and wins a bonus point through winning her age class.  David Houston ran well to 5th place overall, winning out of the HHRC members.  And well done to Kevin Plummer for winning his age class (bonus point) as well as the age adjusted results!

SCREEL/BENGAIRN:

Many thanks to Craig Malcolmson for putting on a great race at Screel/Bengairn.  Great to see 24 HHRC members out running and a good atmosphere was enjoyed.  Alison Banford ran a fantastic race to win the Women's race (wins a bonus point) with Lorna Hellam taking 2nd and Claire Ingram 3rd.  Lucy Heycock ran well to win her age class and a bonus point.  David Houstan ran another great race and was actually first over the line and first again out of HHRC runners and Adam Dickie of Dumfries Running Club was overall race winner.  Adam Anderson topped out the age grade results with a very strong run and picked up a bonus point winning his age class.

WAMPHRAY GLEN HILL RACE:

Thanks to Kevin and Louise Plummer for hosting the Wamphray Glen race. Another great turnout saw 23 HHRC members out running and enjoying some good food and chat after! Well done to Adam Park and Lorna Hellam for overall wins! Also to Adam Anderson who won the M50 class and strong runs from Roger Irving and Janet Priestley to win the M60 and F60 classes!
