Anytime Runs 2022

This is a series of courses to be undertaken informally, solo or as training exercises.  They can be taken in any order, at any time and as many times as you wish.  You can challenge yourself to doing all the courses (which would be preferred) - or to use one or two locally to yourself, for training, or for improving times - and sharing these.  

Please forward your times for each course, whenever they are completed.  A 'leader board' will be circulated and updated to log participation, progress and times.  For simplicity, run times can be provided by any means you can offer.  

Some courses are circuits with a suggested and preferred circuit, but they could be undertaken clockwise or anticlockwise, which may add variation to training, so also state the route choice taken if different. 

Also please feel free to forward any small report on the course or conditions when running which can be included with interim updates that will then be posted for the 'Challenge'.

Hartell Summit - 11km   664m ascent

Criffel Circuit - 9km   600m ascent

Lotus Circuit - 6km   244m ascent

Durisdeer Lite - 8km   605m ascent

Queensberry Summit - 9km   540m ascent
