Covid-19 HHRC training sessions
Training under Covid-19 restrictions:
We normally hold two training sessions per week, one on a Tuesday (training run) and one on a Thursday (structured training session), both at 6:30pm.
A few key points for training under the current Covid-19 restrictions, group side is limited to 15 including the coach. When running side by side stay 2m apart. When running behind someone one stay 5 m back.
Can we all please use the club WhatsApp group to let us know your intention to attend training, Carolyn will use this to keep records of who is at training in the event that's track and trace contact us.

Tuesday 13th April - Alex leading
Threshold Training run. Location Heathall forest near Dumfries, trail shoes recommended, one or two laps depending if you are racing at Moffat on Tuesday. Directions: - Meet in the small car park just east of the roundabout where they A75 and A709 meet east of Dumfries. The forest entrance (which also has signs for 'Pine Golf Centre') is immediately on your left after leaving the roundabout. Postcode: - DG1 3RR

Off road Training, Trail shoes recommended. Gallow Hill Moffat, meet at the back of the old school. Postcode: - DG10 9HX.

Threshold Training run, Eskrig Nature reserve, trail shoes recommended, Meet Janet's house, Roberthill Cottage, Lockerbie, DG11 1BW
Thursday 22nd April - Kev leading
Structured training. Fell shoes required. White Hill (location of the M&M White Hill Race) on the Terregles to Shawhead road, Postcode: - DG2 9TN.
